Junior Associate Attorney — Business Litigation & Employment Litigation

Ardent Law Group, PC is seeking a junior associate attorney to join our litigation practice, with a focus on business litigation and employment litigation matters.

The role

Handle business and employment litigation matters, including pleadings, discovery, law and motion, depositions, and trial preparation
Appear in California state and federal courts
Work directly with senior attorneys and clients on case strategy

Requirements

Active license to practice law in California, in good standing
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage deadlines across an active litigation calendar

Preferred

Mandarin fluency
Judicial clerkship or prior litigation experience
