Mr. Yu is a native of Southern California.  He graduated from the University of Chicago with a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry.  After college, Mr. Yu worked as a compliance and environmental consultant for companies such as Chevron, Disney, and the City of Los Angeles.

After much success in a highly regulated industry, he decided to obtain his JD from the University of Oregon School of Law.  He has provided support in litigation regarding patent infringement, along with prosecuting patents and drafting licensing agreements.

Mr. Yu is also a Registered Patent Attorney and admitted to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
