One of the reasons we formed our firm was to free our clients from the standard billable hour when the circumstances make it possible. Besides the standard hourly rate arrangement, we offer a variety of flexible fee structures including contingent fees, fixed fees, mixed contingent and hourly structures and monthly retainer arrangements. We customize each fee arrangement on a case by case basis and tailor each arrangement to our client’s satisfaction.
