Mr. Ma has extensive knowledge about laws and regulations in China because he earned his law degree in China. In addition, Mr. Ma earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Davis, and a L.L.M degree from Indiana University, Bloomington.

Mr. Ma is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. He can read, write and speak professionally in all three languages. Mr. Ma’s language skills help him better assist the firm’s Chinese heritage clients without any barriers. In addition, the years Mr. Ma spent in China helps him have a better understanding about the Chinese clients’ needs.

After several years in the hospitality industry, Mr. Ma understands the importance to communicate with clients effectively and fulfill clients’ needs promptly. Therefore, Mr. Ma’s motto is “always trying to provide better services to clients”. Mr. Ma has been devoted to his motto from the first day as a practicing attorney.

Mr. Ma’s practices focus on mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, corporate, employment, and business litigation.
