Ardent has a very active US-Asia practice. We represent a wide variety of clients based out of China, Korea and Taiwan seeking U.S. representation in their legal needs. Patent Registration and Patent Litigation

China, Korea and Taiwan based companies trust our attorneys to defend them in both ITC (International Trade Commission) Proceedings and U.S. Federal Courts dealing with Patent Infringement. They do so because our patent attorneys have the technical knowledge and litigation experience to both understand complex technologies and the procedures of the U.S. court and government proceedings. Our patent attorneys in our US-Asian Practice Group are fluent in Korean, Mandarin and Taiwanese, which allows us to effectively communicate better with our Korean, Chinsese and Taiwanese clients on important legal issues & strategy. We specialize in representing respondents/defendants in both ITC Proceedings and Patent Infringement Lawsuits in Federal Courts all across the United States.

In addition, our patent litigators provide seminars to our China, Korea and Taiwan based clients to educate them on U.S. Patent laws which prevent possible infringement issues before they occur.  Many of our patent attorneys in our US-Asia Practice Group are former USPTO Patent Examiners with technical degrees.
