Mr. Stewart has practiced in California for over 30 years with an emphasis on aggressively handling litigation matters on behalf of institutional and private lenders, loan servicers, foreclosure trustees, credit unions, title insurers, small businesses, commercial and residential real estate brokers and residential and commercial landlords.

Mr. Stewart has successfully handled numerous complex litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout California. He has tried cases in both the California Superior Courts and the United States District Courts, and has been counsel of record in numerous appeals before the California Court of Appeal and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, as well as the United States Supreme Court. 

Additionally, he has extensive experience handling mediations and arbitrations. Mr. Stewart also advises his clients in all aspects of their legal affairs.
