Partner Hubert H. Kuo and associate Alexander Chang successfully secured summary judgment for the defense in a case involving fraud in a real estate dispute amongst members of a limited liability company. The Plaintiff in the case sought over half a million in damages. However, due to the persuasive arguments brought forth by the defense, the Court granted summary judgment in favor of Ardent’s clients and completely absolved them of any liability.
