Ardent attorneys obtain a multi-million dollar settlement for its
Silicon Valley/Taiwan Client
A week before the commencement of trial, Ardent partner Hubert Kuo
was successful in reaching a multimillion dollar settlement agreement on behalf
of its Silicon Valley/Taiwan client in a breach of contract lawsuit where the
defendant also filed a cross-complaint against Ardent’s publicly traded high
tech company. The Ardent team also included associate Alexander Chang.
