Ardent’s attorneys, Hubert Kuo and Arthur Kim, prevailed for their clients in a partnership derivative lawsuit. Ardent’s clients were sued for fraud, accounting and breach of fiduciary duty. The Judge in the case sustained Ardent’s demurrer to plaintiff’s third amended complaint in its entirety without leave to amend. The victory came just in time as the trial was scheduled to commence in April 2013.
