In a trademark infringement case involving the trademark “Planet Coffee,” Ardent has successfully obtained a favorable settlement on behalf of its client, Planet Coffee Roasters, Inc.
After filing a federal trademark infringement complaint, Ardent was able to secure a settlement from the defendant whom agreed to cease and desist using its similar “Planet Coffee” mark and to pay an undisclosed monetary damage amount for past infringement.
