Ardent Real Estate Department Successfully Assists a High Net Worth Client in Purchasing a Highly Sought After Multi-Million Dollar Hotel for a Discounted Purchase Price of Approximately $7 Million Dollars at a Trustee Sale.

Ardent’s Attorney John Kim successfully assisted a high net worth client in purchasing a highly sought after Hotel at a steeply discounted price of approximately $7 Million Dollars.  The client previously offered to purchase this Hotel directly from the previous owner for a purchase price several million dollars higher, however, the previous offer was not accepted.  In addition to assisting the client in navigating through the complicated course of a trustee sale, Attorney John Kim also assisted the client in purchasing a second note recorded against the Hotel to ensure the most beneficial outcome for our client.  Attorney Kim states “we are able to assists our clients in various ways in purchasing real property.  Some are relatively straight forward while others require a lot of advanced planning and sound advice.”
